In order to provide the best building solution for our clients, FREE site inspections are all part of the ShedEx service. 3. How much deposit do I need? For the homeowner, a maximum deposit of 10% of the project price is required to get your project underway. 4. Do you take care of council approvals? Yes approvals are included. ShedEx takes care of the project from start to finish including preparation and submission of building applications, engineering & drawings, earthworks, concrete and construction. 5. Do you do the concrete slab? Yes this is included as part of our turn-key solution for customers. We take care of all civil works including site levelling, retaining, footings and concrete. 6. Are you Australian made/ 100% yes. ShedEx partner with Bluescope Steel and Colorbond to provide you with the most durable and trusted product in the market. 7. Who will build my shed? Our builders are experts in their field. Having been qualified through a rigorous selection process, ShedEx builders come with years of experience who apply the safest work practices every step of the way. 8. What is the approximate time to complete my shed project? Timeframes vary depending but a general guide is 8-10 weeks for a complete project from start to finish including building approvals, engineering, manufacture, slab and construction. This is a general guide and does not allow for additional approvals that may be required or large scale building projects. 9. What happens once my shed is built? Upon completion of the project, we arrange a final building inspection and provide clients a ShedEx care pack. Clients are then required to sit back and enjoy their investment.
