Shell Service Station

Unreliable service !! A very unkind lady service attendant!!! The business is listed online as open until 6.30pm on Sundays. We arrived there at 5.45pm and were next in line to fill up the car wheel pressure. She advised she was shutting thecompressors and told us to use our own. This left us stranded in Rainbow Beach for the night!

We got here at 5: 50 it was closed early and we needed fuel, we were stranded and she offered no assistance. Thursday night 15/10 absolutely no customer service, she went about checking the taken the day, she at 6:40 and we were still. Shell staff like this one she had no care or concern to a paying customer, in this time there were several other customer that also need customer service. Bullshit service
