I used Shellharbour Security a while ago for the installation of my custom security system. They were amazing and everything seemed so effortless. They were fast and efficient and a pleasure to work with. The after sales service is just as good and seriously I wouldn’t think of going anywhere else.

Unfortunately I had a very negative experience with this company. I called them and asked for them to install a specific security system that was tailored for my needs - this was a couple of months ago. No one has come out as yet and the receptionist has assured me on a number of times that someone will get back to me. This kind of service is unacceptable. I'm hoping that this is not norm as I have heard good reports before my experience.

I contacted Shellharbour Security a while ago indicating that I would need a custom-made security system. This was no problem for them. The system was built and installed in no time. They were fast, efficient, helpful and friendly. I recently returned to them about a reprogram on the system and received the same top-notch service again.
