As always, Kerrie and Michelle went above and beyond recently to let my beautiful Penny pass away peacefully out of hours. I cannot recommend Shoal Bay Veterinary Clinic highly enough. All staff have a genuine love of all animals, as well as being experts in their care. All the staff are welcoming and easy to talk to, as well as treating our fur babies like their own. I not only admire them greatly, but feel so lucky we have this wonderful, caring service available to us all. THANK YOU for being there in every sense of the meaning.

Absolutely Stellar Service! Vet Kerrie and Nurse Michelle provided fantastic, personal care that truly exceeded all expectations. Their kindness and thoughtfulness made the entire experience so much easier—not just for me, but for Archie as well. The premises were spotless and welcoming, creating a calming atmosphere. What stood out most was how much Archie loved the experience—this is a big deal given how nervous he usually is around vets! Thank you for your exceptional care and for going above and beyond. I couldn’t recommend this team more highly to anyone looking for compassionate and professional veterinary care.

Wow just wow. The worst day in your life is when you have to make THAT decision. I’m new to the area and stumbled in upon word that a colleague had been going to Kerrie for 30 years. Michelle accommodated me as early as possible. When I came in, Kerrie was already in tears. What a beautiful soul to understand what I was going through before even meeting my baby Maximus.
