Jace and Graham were there for us right from the get go. All of our questions regarding procedures and admin requirements were dealt with in a most friendly, timely and respectful manner. At the service we were very impressed with the welcome message by Graham the way in which it was delivered and also all directives by him to enable the smooth passage of the service. We are very happy we chose this company

I was drawn to this site by the headings of whet the cost of a cremation and a funeral should cost. When I entered the site and looked closely to find the costs there was absolutely nothing about costs that glowed at me only a hard sell promotion of their services and emphasis on the good reviews that they had elicited. Sorry but I'll get my information from elsewhere now.

Funeral for Daniel Slater 2nd December 2022 I cannot thank Graeme enough. From the time he was contacted to the time my son was cremated, he kept in contact and talked me through what was happening. We had to get my son from Alice Springs to Darwin and Graeme had a lot of trouble with a funeral company in Alice not willing to help, so Noel from Desert Funerals came to the fore and bought my son home. Graeme kept in contact and informed me when he arrived. The service was perfect and both Graeme and his assistant were so professional and compassionate. I would highly recommend anyone to use Simplicity Funerals NT if their loved ones pass away, they could not be more helpful. Thank you

Funeral for Belinda Smallman. 23 December 2021. Hard to give this any stars at all.Impersonal ceremony in a cavernous room.The celebrant seemed to be reading from a script.No attempt was made to create a smaller, more intimate space for the family. Surely there is a smaller room to conduct such small funerals or even some screens and potted plants to break up the large space. The celebrant referred to family and friends present. In fact no friends were present, only 8 family members. Also, nothing was said about the circumstances of travel restrictions for interstate family and many friends who would usually have made the trip but were unable to. Finally, the the service just meandered to the end. Those watching the live stream and family present were left unsure about when the ceremony was ending. No final words of support from the celebrant to the family, including for Belinda's teenage son.
