About SJP Law
SJP Law has been an active member of the Sunshine Coast legal community since 1981. We provide a quality service, with expert advice and local knowledge. At SJP Law, we consist of two professional staff-solicitors Mark Shera and Christine Jones. Mark and Christine both live locally and combined have spent 35 years with SJP Law. Our Sunshine Coast solicitors are supported by experienced and dedicated paralegals, and a number of administrative staff, who work to ensure that every client receives personalised and prompt service. We are practiced in a number of legal areas and our professionals have their own area of expertise. Each professional is supported by at least one dedicated paralegal who is experienced in their area of support. If you have ever needed legal services before, you'll know that legal terms can be complex and often confusing. Our solicitors at SJP Law will cut through the legal jargon and provide you with legal advice in real terms. If you want to speak to a solicitor before making an appointment, just call us. We can't give you legal advice over the phone, but we can certainly introduce ourselves to you before you book your appointment.

Frequently Asked Questions
Should I engage SJP Law for conveyancing services?
Buying a property is an expensive undertaking and you may well be tempted to save money by opting to do the conveyancing yourself. Whilst this could save you money in the short term, any misunderstanding of the contracts or misinterpretation of search results could lead to litigation and cost much more than you save.
What are the expected costs for conveyancing services from SJP Law?
The cost of conveyancing can vary depending on factors such as the property value, complexity of the transaction, and the firm's fee structure. SJP Law typically provides transparent fee estimates upfront, tailored to the specifics of your property transaction.
