What is the standard shipping time?
SLEEPY Joey duvets are bespoke and made against order. This means your doons is made with freshest available down & feathers. They are further given a Hygiene Wash after Production (if chosen). The total time is up to 2 weeks. We will communicate with you the ETA once order is received.
What's the refunds or exchanges policy?
For health and hygiene reasons, pillows, quilts, underlays, bed toppers, mattress and pillow protectors cannot be returned for a refund or exchange unless faulty or not as ordered. For them to be returned they need to be unopened and unused in original packaging.
