Have not been a customer and never will. I approached the counter and started asking “do you have…” I haven’t finished and I was told “no, we are ver busy today” wow!! Great customer service.

I've been a client for four years now on and off (as I spend half year in Melb and half up here). I found them by accident as they're at my local shopping centre. I've had many different styles, colours, cuts and facial waxes done here. Out of all the hair salons I've been to in Melb and up here, these guys are far superior. All the staff are fantastic, they are a great team who all get along and have brilliant customer service and great sense of humour. I have anxiety going out of the house. Last week when I went in, I had it bad. But everyone that worked that day were amazing and my hairdresser Brea was phenomenal as always. But so is everyone that was there that day - Keahna, Ellaisse, Jorgha, Helena and Karissa. I left in the best mood, my hair was awesome, so happy with it. Definitely recommend Brea. And If you can't book in with her, every single other hair dresser that I named, and also weren't on that day - you will still be happy with your experience.

I drive down from Brisbane because I cannot equate another salone or hairdresser to the quality of Smaked Nerang. Especially in my opinion the expertise of Helena. She is so professional to her work, plus personality. Helena takes time to listen and perform hairdressing to the utmost proffessional results. I leave completely satisfied every time. Thank you so much Helena.

Had to give them a 1 star rating as there wasn't a no star option. Booked an appointment 6weeks in advance only to be made to wait for 40minutes. What appeared to be a couple of walk in customers were seen to before me. Upon commencing, my stylist refused my colour request in addition to inflicting pain from hot blow drying too close to my scalp. Customer service was non existant I feel my hard earnt $150 would've been better spent elsewhere.

After talking to the manager and sharing my disappointment about the terrible haircut I had last week, I feel confident that I will be taken care of in the future and will not have the same disappointing experience again. One bad hairdresser who doesn't listen doesn't mean they are all the same, thankfully!

I have previously has good haircuts & foils from SMAKD but today the hairdresser ruined my hair by cutting off all my beautiful curls. I have never been so disappointed with a haircut & will never go back. I look like a man & will need to wear a hat until some hair grows back. The worst part is I clear stated what I wanted & she didnt listen
