My garage door broke it's runners so we couldn't open it even on manual, but Smart Doors & Gates were there next door and super nice guy Ben, fixed it quickly and professionally. I forgot I'd used them a few years ago on my last house and I was just as impressed then as I am now. It's also nice to support local businesses as they tend to look after their "locals" - I think I should get my garage and gates serviced more often! Highly recommended and note that I have absolutely NO affiliation with them other than as a satisfied customer.

Amazing service and great communication

A motor replacement for $550 turned into a $990 bill. When installing a spring was broken and the replacement would cost $440 more despite that the spring was broken during their repair, and that they were already on site. Two phone calls later Smart Garage Doors refused to reduce the charge for the spring replacement or detail separately the cost of parts and labor. A very upsetting experience.
