Whilst some aspects were positive in terms of staff friendliness, I would not recommend. Poor communication - most contact was instigated by me and would result in some action followed again by lengthy radio silence. I have requested search information (for which I had paid) four times and had still not received a response one month after settlement; my settlement date was confused - I had been given one date whilst the office staff had a different date; and other issues. Have not had difficulties with conveyancing in the past so this has been disappointing.
