Hi Jenifer-This is not correct; cost was for inspection/maintenance/service/minor repairs and report. All our customers get EXELLENT value for money and we are very reasonably priced. IF YOU WERE OUR CUSTOMER, you would have the pleasure of seeing that for yourself. We do pride ourselves on our customer service, I have spoken to you myself on your first enquiry explaining the above and, was patient and courteous. Our other staff member who dealt with you also said she was polite and courteous, and I have read nothing in her texts, emails that would indicate otherwise. So, a bit confused on this one. If you felt this was not the case, please feel free to reach out to us directly and advise exactly what caused you such offence so we may be aware and mindful in future how our message is received and read.

Hi Beryl, although you're not our customer, if you had engaged our service, you would quickly see, we provide excellent value for money. We are among the best in our industry, are very good at our craft, highly qualified and seasoned professionals and charge very reasonably for what we do. Ensuring our customers get trusted advice and service they can rely on. We did not supply a quote, only stated our standard cost for inspection and service on a system your size. Others in area charge up to $1800 for service. We stated our price and service clearly to you at time of enquiry and did not pressure you in any way, to engage or not is purely your call. We also feel, as a business, it is reasonable to make a profit for our good work as we work up to a standard, not down to a price. I wish you all the best with whatever low cost alternative you have chosen, let me know if you ever want your system checked thoroughly
