Ken came very highly recommended as he has delivered training for the educators at our school for many years and they wouldn't use anyone else! This time it was just me and my teen daughter. Thank you for fitting in with our schedule and providing training tailored specifically for our personal needs. Ken and Larraine are very professional and personable. The course content was delivered in bite-sized chunks at an easily understood level and we now both feel competent in our first-aid skills. Thanks again and see you next time!

Recently had the opportunity to refresh my first aid training through a course conducted at Royal Newcastle Aero Club. What a refreshing refresher! Ken nailed first aid for this dummy - I would call it real life first aid, because it covered in practical terms true first aid in real situations. Let's face it we are not all ambo's, but it was great to focus on exactly my role in ensuring the ambo's get to take over when they arrive. Even had to apply the skills at KFC the week after with Kens words ringing in my ears. Worked perfectly, thanks for making it real and useful Ken.

This is my second year of first aid training that I have undertaken through Maroba with Ken and Lorraine. Ken's extensive knowledge and expertise being a paramedic is quite beneficial as the sessions are interesting due to great tips and personal supervision from Lorraine. Looking forward to the next training in 3 years.
