Recently I had a major problem with the only toilet in the house, which decided to saturate almost the whole bathroom â€“ and this had happened more than once!!! Jordan of SOS Plumbing was a lifesaver. He was over at a flash with a new toilet and everything was installed and working within no time at all. So recommending them to everyone.

Called this company at the beginning of the week because my solar hot water system was playing up. Plumber stated he could not come until "Thursday or Friday". I agreed to wait until then, and made sure I would be close to home on both days. That was 2 months ago. He did not even have the courtesy to ring and make an excuse or apologise for not coming.

I am really sorry about the circumstances surrounding your booking, unfortunately due to myself not being in the office all the time and not having my diary on hand I tend grab any bit of paper on site to write details on and in this instance have left it behind. Therefore not having remembered your number or address I was unable to make any contact thus hoping for a return call from you to facilitate another time. Unfortunately this was not done intentionally and have subsequently asked clients to text me their contact details insuring details are not misplaced.
