This company has been cleaning for my grandmother for some time. she is legally blind and the house is filthy. The cleaner won't clean under furniture as "they cannot bend" as part of their job. The bed is on wheels but won't move it to clean under it.
My grandmother was finding the Cleaner & Manager difficult to deal with so had her weekly visiting carer of 5 years contact them as her advocate. She was highly professional on the phone, works in the industry and and finished the discussion asking if the Manager would come out to investigate the complaint and see how dirty the house was. The manager called her a B***** and hung up on her.
This is appalling, unacceptable behaviour and the Manager should be removed from their position and the cleaner should not be employed in this role if they cannot do the job they are paid to do. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY.
