I cannot begin to express my dissatisfaction with this practice. Duty of care after my husband’s procedure was non existent. After trying to contact the doctor through very unhelpful staff my husband had to go to an Emergency Department for help. I suggest you consider going to another urology practice.

I have seen Dr Gendy a number of times due to bladder problems and also have had cystoscopy. She is a very caring doctor with compassion.

I have been treated for prostate cancer by Dr Rasha Gendy. I have nothing but praise for Dr Gendy and the staff. Dr Gendy is professional and caring. Dr Gendy made feel at ease in our first consultation. I am so grateful that she is looking after me.

Expect a wait. Visited 3 times and had to wait over 1 hour even though we found 30mins prior to confirm the doctor was on time and told he was 15mins late. Terrible experience and will avoid.
