My Spa developed a fault in the control system. I contacted the company that installed it but could not get a firm date to attend. After 6 weeks of repeated contact and no firm commitment I reached out to Bruce The Spa Man. Jarrod was on site the next working day and quickly fixed the problem. He then provided me with practical and valuable advice relating to ongoing care and maintenance of the Spa. The service was amazing. Very professional. I would recommend The Spa Man without reservation.

Most plumbers scratch their heads when it comes to Spa Pool installation, but Spa Man were ideal. They happily came over to Macleay Island on the vehicle ferry, and had all equipment required to connect the heat pump to the spa, and our electrician hooked up the power. Spa Man then ran us through the " how to" get the best from our spa pool, and what to be aware of, and sent us a .pdf of water chemical requirements, and Spa Pool user details. They were brilliant & I would highly recommend them to anyone having a spa or spa pool installed. Call Spa Man first, to install your spa plumbing, and line up an electrician as well, to connect the heat pump unit on same day your spa is delivered, so you don't have to wait to use your new investment.

Really happy with the help we received, prompt service found the faults fixed and replaced the spa motor. We didn't have to wait weeks either which was fabulous

Highly recommend the Spa Man for all things spa. They found fault with my Balboa spa and replaced heater. Great guys to deal with. Arrived on time, very knowledgeable, fixed problem quickly and very professional. Even supplied info on looking after spa. I would not go to anyone else. Steve in Mount Nathan.

Highly recommend. Bruce said he had Jarrad the spa technician in my areas the day I called. Was able to come out the same day, so accomodating. The spa needed a few new parts replaced and he had all of them in the truck. Will use again.

It's rare to find good customer service these days. Not only did they have excellent customer service, they were prompt to get back to me, answered all my questions, replaced my spa pump and cleaned up after themselves. Definitely call them for any pump issues.

Bruce and Jared are great. I messaged and got a quick response and was booked in without fuss. Jared is personable, and easy to deal with. Access to my spa wasn’t easy but that was no issue, problem was diagnosed, parts ordered and the spa was fixed, very happy with their service and to recommend

This Man is an absolute legend 🙌 I had major leaking spa and couldn't get any immediate help from anyone until Bruce came along and fixed the problem with ease. He is a wealth of knowledge and knows spas inside out. So helpful, efficient and such a great guy too. Not to mention his fantastic apprentice Steve. Thankyou again if anything arises and I have a problem with my spa be sure to know I wouldn't use anyone else 😊👏👏

Bruce was fantastic when he came to install heat pump for our swim spa. He needed to come a few times because of faulty equipment supplied by Just Spas, but he always came on time & did a great job. He has also given us advice with maintenance of the spa; greatly appreciated. Thoroughly recommended

My spa only needed a heater replaced, everything else worked 100% fine and the Spa is only 3 years old. Everything was fine at first – but then they became rude via text messages, my property was entered, and the heater was installed without telling me, then I was sent the bill, but my whole spa didn’t work after the heater was installed, no bubbles, the touch pad went blank too and then he wanted me to pay them to come and replace the touchpad. When I said that I will be getting a second opinion on their job, they came when I was not home and took the new heater out, put my old heather back in and I have not heard from them again.

Michelle called me to see if I could quickly replace her spa heater so the spa would be ready for an upcoming party. We dropped what we were doing to give her work priority. Nothing was working on her spa because the heater not working shut everything down when we tested it. We priced the job and the supply of a replacement heater and she told us to go ahead. We had to order the heater and the arrangement was that when it arrived we could come straight back and install it.... the side gate would be unlocked. When the heater arrived and we wanted to replaced it that day.... we text Michelle to advise her beforehand of such. That afternoon went to site and replaced the heater as aranged previously. We later that day sent her the invoice as quoted for payment. The following day Michelle accused us of trespassing and entering her property without her permission. She also said that now that the spa is working again with the new heater installed .....some of the equipment are also not working properly and we were responsible..... Without giving us the opportunity to investigate, Michelle said she would be getting someone else to fix it and then she would decide what she would pay for our supply of the heater and the work done. Although she never contacted us to look into these other issues we were blamed. Michelle changed once she received an invoice for payment.

spa would not start got in touch with bruce Jarrod came out replaced PCB and installed together with settings button. Very happy with results. reasonable price. nice guys I would recommend the spa man

I had a few issues with my spa. Once the issues were diagnosed they were fixed promptly, professionally and with confidence. I would definitely use them again and recommend them to my friends!!

Bruce and Jared did an amazing job getting our spa up and running. As customers with no knowledge about spas, Bruce provided us with the knowledge we required in owning a spa.
