Spar is convenient, especially as we have to walk to the shops to do most of our food shopping. The owner is another matter..
For two years, The owner of Lambton Spar express has been consistently rude and aggressive towards myself, my disabled son, and our support staff.
Today, The owner, Steve, has sworn at me (his customer), used the F word, and attempted to ban me from the store for asking for a refund on something which had been overcharged! I had even been apologetic when I realised that the item must have been purched at Richie’s, not his store.
His behaviour towards us has always been disgraceful. I have previously complained about his anger and rejection of my disabled son and our support staff member has also complained.
He has two lovely members of staff, who make the business. Mr. Grumps himself, persists in persecuting people with disabled children . I cannot believe that he is so rude, quite shocked, in fact.
