What happens if it's raining on the day of the scheduled cleaning?

We can proceed with window cleaning even in wet weather. However, if ladder work is required, it can be unsafe for our team, and we might need to reschedule to ensure everyone's safety.

What is your cancellation policy?

Our cancellation policy requires notification at least 48 hours before your appointment to avoid a $100 fee. This fee also applies if access to the property is not possible at the scheduled time. We may waive the fee in emergencies or special circumstances. Contact us for any assistance.
