Just had a building and pest done by Steve and his service was exceptional. He followed up the day before to confirm and on the day did a thorough inspection and provided lots of detail whilst I was there and had the report same afternoon. He didn’t hesitate to get into roof spaces and into sub floor area and get dirt on his hands. I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend Steve.

Stephen completed a comprehensive building inspection on a property we are in the process of purchasing.From our side it was a simple exercise we made contact. Stephen did all the rest. We received his repot the same day of the inspection, fully detailed with photos. He also gave me a call to discuss his findings. I now feel confident to proceed with the purchase knowing the property is sound but needing some things attended to.

We used Trevor to inspect a house we were interested in buying.He was great—knew his building specs, was punctual, very thorough, included photos of all the defects, commented on how to fix things( so helpful, because we’re 1500 ks away and not builders). Terrific service.

I was very happy with the service from Spec Ops. Steve provided a comprehensive inspection & report that clearly outlined some issues with the property we're considering purchasing. Being there while he did the inspection allowed me to ask questions & look at certain things more in-depth with some useful face to face interactions. All in all a good service.
