I highly recommend Spinal Works to everyone. Both Ken and Mei are extremely compassionate and caring, while genuinely wanting the best outcome for their patients. When I first visited, I was in extreme pain through my neck and left shoulder and was having trouble turning my head. I was stressed due my pain situation and to make matters worse, I had hit a gutter on the way in and managed to blow a hole through my tyre. The team were so warm, calm and welcoming that I was able to see everything would be ok. Ken took the time to listen to my concerns and patiently explained what would be required to get me pain free. He also made me feel comfortable to ask any and all questions. My back/shoulder/neck pains have improved significantly and I am able to get back to enjoying life. I wish I had found Spinal Works years ago.
