Called Spotlight Ballarat this afternoon to ask if they had 3 lots of curtains that they had advertised on the shops website. Waited ages on the phone to be told the assistant was with a customer and she was on the front counter and couldn't help. I live 30 minutes out of Ballarat, so drive in, and they don't have them. I find 3 clearance curtains at $80 each, and ask if I can return if they do not fit (the curtains in the packaging have size to fit window, not size of curtains) shop assistant, no you can't, store manager, no you can't. She rings Manchester manager, you can only have a gift card to spend in store on clearance items. This VIP member won't be back, Spotlight Ballarat I went home and ordered same curtains online for $59 each from a different store

Shopped today at Ballarat Wendouree looking for tulle to make my granddaughter a wedding veil. I wasn't sure as to what I needed etc. A young lady called Natalie helped me greatly with advise and showed me the tulle as well as trims etc. Her service was amazing and she should be congratulated.
