Do pools add value to your house?

In some areas, having a swimming pool may result in an increase in your annual property taxes, but it won’t really add to the value of your home. Due to the fact pools don’t usually increase the price of the home, when building the pool aim to keep the cost of it within 10-15% of what you paid for the home.
