I have been going to star nails since I was 17 … today I needed a little pick me up. They had 2 people sat when I went in.
I was sat at a dirty station, the started putting tips on my nails before I had even communicated what I wanted, I was rushed into picking a colour, she cut my nails before I could even tell them what I wanted. The service it’s self was great, colour was perfect and the shape and gentleness of the service was fantastic, when it came time for my design I wanted a simple 5 leaf daisy on 2 fingers each hand, which looked horrible. They offered to redo my flowers for me which I agreed, it turned out okay at best. I’m really disappointed at how they behaved, I tried to make conversation and was ignored. My google translate app caught them in conversation making fun of me trying to talk to my service lady. 2/5 stars
