About Star Paws

Have your pet looking like a star, call Linda at Star Paws today. We offer dog washing, nail clipping, ear cleaning, grooming, clipping (including scissoring), and general pet grooming services at competitive rates. We always ensure that the pets in our care are comfortable whilst we provide our services, having sheepskin rugs in all the cages. Your dog will get a toilet break and water during the stay, your dogs toys are welcome if they help provide comfort to your dog.

We have been going there for a little under 2 years and we tried to make an appointment only to be told she is heavily booked for the next 6 weeks due to lock down. We received a text saying, quote, I would say that Storm will probably need something sooner than that as he is well overdue and due to his special needs probably too overdue for me as when he is matted he gets quite annoyed". So we were basically dumped and now we are stuck to find a new dog groomer and apparently he has special needs! It must be nice to be so busy you can pick and choose your customers. As a small business owner myself you have to take the good with the bad customers. As a customer for 2 years we fell a little hurt.
