P Parcel has been returned on 3 different occasions when someone has been home. Sick of it

Telephone Service is non-existent /archaic Have been waiting 4 days for a pick up

I tried to enter redelivery instructions but after entering the suburb it just keeps asking you to enter the suburb that you have just entered. Does not make sense.

Fraud, they don't attempt delivery just ninja cards into letterbox, then switch off phones, instant message about not available.

Item has been showing out for delivery for almost 2 weeks. Finally was able to book a pick-up from the depot. Horrible service

Absolutely useless company! My parcel has been ‘out for delivery’ for the last 7 days. Have not received a parcel at all. Pathetic company and drivers.

My experience with StarTrack hasn't been the same as everyone else here fortunately. I've had a few things delivered through these guys across the country and they haven't stuffed me around at all. They've made themselves known every time they've arrived with the goods, have been respectful and on time. I understand that whenever somebody has a bad experience they come to vent in a review here, but nobody is doing that for the good experiences, so here's mine.

DISGUSTING! Driver dropped package and when I told her it was a $700 printer and it should treated a little more gently. I was told "it's 36 kilos, I think I did pretty bloody well" She mumbled god knows what and then drove off wishing me a nice day!

Maybe you should track your drivers!!! As with many other reviewers I have been home all day and was informed that my parcel was at the GPO as no one was home!!! Incorrect suburb entered in the system as well.

They dropped a missed delivery card off even though people were home. None of the details were recognised online so had to call. Operator was rude and kept speaking over me, offered minimal assistance. These guys are a joke.

5 weeks after my package was supposed to be delivered and I'm filling out a stat dec because StarTrack are claiming to have made the delivery, even though I have CCTV proof that no delivery was ever attempted, refuse to take responsibility for their mistakes, disgusting service all around and the laziest delivery drivers I've ever encountered.

Poor service. Never deliver the parcel we use a lot for work and they always put a card in the closed gate that is not the entry or if I am with a customer leave a card on desk. Don't even try to deliver parcels. Even at home you don't go out waiting for something only to find a card in the mailbox. Do they just take the cards and deliver them and leave parcels at depot? Their office is just as hard to deal with. Don't even call them. They won't help.

We were appalled to find a note from Star Track in our letter box today saying sorry we missed you. We have been home all day and definitely did not have anyone arrive at our front door at any time during the day. We now have to drive across town to collect our package when it was actually here at the front of our property and only for a lazy inefficient courier driver it would be in our possession tonight. This is a common practice apparently if you look at the other reviews. Seems like Star Track management don't give a damn. This is very poor service and I will ask any future suppliers to use some other courier service.

I ordered expensive audio microphone products required for work-professional recordings. These items were ordered from Brisbane to be sent by Star Track courier to Cairns. We assumed by using the courier these items would be delivered swiftly and safely. Over 10 days later, and still waiting delivery! I was promised by phone staff that the item was "onboard for delivery" first on Monday, then, after waiting at home and changing work schedules all day, no delivery. I called again on Tuesday, the call center quoted "operational difficulties" and promised, once again, that the item was "onboard for delivery" that same day, Tuesday. I provided them with detailed instructions to help, as well as both mine and my husband's mobile numbers. Again, after shifting all our schedules and waiting at home ALL DAY, absolutely nothing. Today (11 days after purchase in Brisbane) and my case has now been sent to the "Investigations Team" and they are also quoting "operational difficulties". APPALLING.
