SO far over two weeks I have been able to get any help from Startrack re a parcel that is said to be delivered but isn't. A human being with a bit of sense might help instead of a stupid recorded voice that doesn't give you anything but out dated information.

Order can in 2 separate parts. I'm still waiting on the 2nd parcel. Not impressed with this service at all.

Everytime someone I buy from uses Star Track, there is always a problem, the item is aways days late and it is very hard too contact anyone who wioll give me a straight answer as too why!.. They are the worst delivery service I know of.

Terrible. Definitely wouldn’t recommend!! Bought a expensive item and I’m still currently waiting to hear whether it’s been lost or stolen, but apparently they can’t contact the Dubbo branch as they haven’t answered there phone going on 3 days. Investigators are involved now. I wouldn’t put your trust in such a incompetent business as this. STRONGLY ADVISE against using them.

I have in the past not had a good experience with Startrack express, I had found that their customer service was very awful, but today an angel was in charge and helped me and not only got my package to me but made me feel like I was a human being thanks to the lovely lady in Bathurst I had a very pleasant transaction and my experience was for the very first time a pleasant courier experience. Just goes to show that the frontline people, those who deal with customers can make or break their company. To the manager at Bathurst you have a gem working for your business. To the rest of the employees, follow her example, treat people well, it will make a hell of a lot of difference to whether your business thrives or not.

One of the worst companies i have ever delt with. Couldn't be bothered dropping a package off and then refused to tell me where the depot was to pick the package up from.

Item was shipped to Dubbo and I tried to contact them so that I could meet their driver to collect my parcel. Not a big ask I didn't think. They couldn't do any more to be unhelpful. In the end, I've waited 4 hours and I'm still waiting for my parcel to arrive. All of this could be resolved with a 30 second phone call to their driver. Thanks for your help

I received I consignment note to pick up from their depot. However there is no address on note nor on website. When I called the number provided they refused to give me the information as it is not public knowledge. How can a delivery service who didn't deliver have a private address when consumers of this service have to pick up their package. Apparently the local office will text me the address.

The last few times I have bought an item and paid express and has been delivered by Star Track they have left a card for the parcel to be picked up from the post office. On both occasions, both being a Friday, I rushed over to the post office to collect to be told that Star Track don't unload on Friday afternoon and the parcels would be locked in the back of the truck until Monday. What is the point of saying the item will be dropped at the post office and instead being left in the truck for min of 2 days because it also does not make it to the post office for Monday morning your lucky to get it by Tuesday! Also was told by the post office to collect from the star track office only to find out they close early on a Friday! Absolute joke if I had a choice I would never deliver with them!

StarTrack does not deliver as per the address label. Several times parcels have been sent to my PO box and not been delivered there. Instead they end up at a depot somewhere and I have to track it down or may get a phone call telling me to pick it up. The person at the other end has paid for the parcel to be safely delivered to the address shown. If you can't do it turn the job down. Australia post is far more reliable! Hopeless service.

My package was left in the truck and undelivered for 2 days and taken back to the depo twice for no reason. The company was told to drop at the post office if I was not home yet there were no cards left at my premises nor was the package left at the post office. Horrible service.

On a number of occasions Star Track has passed the the goods to 3rd parties with no intention of delivery. An inquiry should be launched with the ACCC. Taking mail items and redirecting items to 3rd parties who fail to deliver is a federal offense, the company should be asked.

I purchased a phone from Optus and Star Track was the courier. Needless to say my package was delivered to Harwood 10 hours away, not Hargraves. Do not understand how you can even remotely stuff it up that bad!

Knowledge is progress and being just plain blind and not stopping to ask some questions. Like you are spitting distance away from the delivery and for two minutes of the driver time, pray for the wages a street address number, " yes" and the day was over. Unsuccessful delivery=check address. My day was to wait at home for the delivery to day, no delivery all day? Time is a frustration, see!

3 days they have told us that they will come pick and item up and send it off and all 3 days 4 people have been home waiting for them to knock on the door. They rang back all three days saying that no one was home the day before we there was more then 1 person home. We had no one knock on our door any of the days. Absolutely hopeless. How hard is it to knock on a door??

Dealing with this company has left me feeling disappointed and angry. Driver stated "Delivery attempt unsuccessful. Reason: Check Address - Premises closed" which translates to untrained courier could not find address. So I contacted Startrack and the conversation end with the consignment will be sent back to the sender. I will now have to contact Telstra to arrange redelivery. Not happy at all.

Dreadful service, I was not home when they delivered my parcel, no note was left, they sent to post office that I could not get to easily as they don't have contracts with very many post offices. I had to contact the sender to find out where my parcel was. Very unhelpful staff told me that it was up to Australia Post or the sender to find my parcel.
