Shocking delivery times. I am still waiting for an item that was picked up in Melbourne on 6th April!! I had two consignments picked up on the same day, one has been delivered, the other keeps sitting in limbo for days on end at each depot it arrives at!!! It is now sitting at Townsville depot. There has been no prompt assistance from StarTrack customer service. It also is a drawn out process. It is the worst delivery time I have ever experienced. I would not recommend this service to anyone.

been onboard for delivery for 2 days, and now probably have to wait the weekend for it to on the slight chance be delivered on monday. Completely useless company

really bad service impossible to contact by ph when you do your put on hold and have to listen to awful music and constant apologies for being on hold and after 40 mins the call drops out and you have to start all over again ,web site does not accept the tracking number from the email sent ,all this because of a missed delivery the driver says no one at home could not gain access unlikely excuse i live in a guest house front door is wide open at least 4 people wandering around all the time and a gardener out in the front garden dont know if card was even left as i have no key for the mail box all i want is my credit card not this rubbish on hold music message system and you wonder why people react with anger not even a direct ph number to say please deliver and the stupid thing is you can send a text saying missed delivery but cant send a text saying it will be there in 5 mins what a useless system and yes i am angry an hour of listening to music and apologies will do that.

Disapointed paid extra money for quick delivery, tracking app says it’s been at my local depot all day, now won’t receive till Monday as no delivery’s on the weekend ,

This service doesn't even deserve one star, because it is totally ineffectual. How long does a parcel have to stay at the depot before it is delivered? Why are we paying for Express Shipping when this service, from my experience, is slower than Australia Post? This is the 2nd time this has happened to me and I got was Lies, Lies and more Lies. They need to clean up their act!

Five packages gone missing. Have been scanned onto the truck by the driver over two weeks ago, and now they have been removed. Gone ski!!! WTF?! Five packages. Over $300 worth of stuff, all gone. I complained about this driver who delivers in my area and now it is "payback" time, apparently. Just outrageous.

Terrible.... I wouldn't bother using this service, zero support when trying to resolve an undelivered item issue. Dispatch couldn't care less. I had some items delivered on 24th March, all boxes were torn open and one item was missing. Delivery drivers told me they would lodge a record of the missing item and to call the distributor if I had not received the item within 2 days. Called the distributor and Startrack dispatch, called the Townsville number and went straight through to head office, the lady on the phone was no help, couldn't even tell me who delivered the package and didn't want nothing to do with it. The distributor has been trying to resolve this with Startrack and still no luck. Has been nearly 5 weeks and no word. Stay clear of this company, I have nothing good to say at this point.

Telstra package was delivered to the depot but not scanned after that and not received by us, so obviously never left the facility. When we spoke to them they told us it was out of their control and to call Telstra, even though they acknowledged our package had been scanned at their depot but not scanned again after that. Wouldn't even try to look for our package. Very, very dissapointing service.

This company has become a complete disgrace, can't get goods delivered because 1 box has damage so the other nine can not be delivered, now we have to have the senders permission to have that nine delivered!!!

6 attempts to deliver..instructions clearly state LEAVE AT THE DOOR IF NOT HOME!! Impossible to talk to anyone but a recorded message. Zero stars for blackholetrak

Useless and incompetent. Did not leave parcel when someone was home and then rebooked delivery with someone staying at home for them to simply neglect to turn up, even with communication from prior missed delivery. Said I could take the day off (depot only 9 to 5) and pick up from depot which is over an hour trip...there was no point using Startrack to deliver as they simply are incapable. I had to reorder the product and pick up from store on the weekend and have the money refunded. Complete waste of time.

My last 3 parcels have been delivered to the wrong address. Just because they both start with the letter B and are in the same suburb. Not sure if the delivery person was too lazy to find our street or they actually can’t read properly. Not happy and very reluctant to get anything delivered again. Only that the person the parcel was delivered to contacted us that I got my parcel and one online person enquired for us and discovered the issue.
