Apparently tried to delivery parcel - no-one home. Did not leave and did not even leave a card to say they had tried to make delivery PLUS after tracking down where my parcel was (and had been for the past week), I went there and they were closed !!!! I know it is a Friday afternoon BUT ..... Will now have to wait till M0nday and hope someone turns up to work. !!!!!

The worst experience ever. They don't turn up for a pick up that has been paid for. They don't bring you to tell you they are turning up. You re-book, then they cancel the booking without telling you. two days off work lost waiting home for them. Useless.

If you don't want to receive your item or for your customer to receive their items or if you want to leave your business to collect your items from a post office despite paying frieght for delivery then go ahead and use this courier. This is based on multiple experiences and includes being told untrue information about parcel location. Absolutely shocking.
