I have now completed two Qride Courses with Stay Upright and both were run very professionally and I learnt heaps of skills that I previously had no idea about.
The Instructors were great too, Justin and Kerry are both incredible trainers and can certainly handle a bike very well, I thought I knew people who could ride well before I came to Stay Upright, but these guys quickly showed us what skill and Technique is all about!!
Trust me, don't waste your time or money booking with anyone else, the offensive and rude behaviour I received at Top Rider (on a previous failed Qride Assessment) was unbelievable - they told me they "aren't in town much and I'd have to wait 6 weeks to try again" - I had no options with them for Remedial Training in between so that's when I was refereed to Stay Upright by a friend and I never looked back.....
I have only heard negative things about Bikecraft at the Showgrounds too. He has the reputation around the area as "the guy to see to just get a licence" - seems somewhat fraudulent really, so much so that when a Wayne Leonard's bike shop staff member told me to go there because "he gives anyone a licence" that rang alarm bells for me and I initially (incorrectly) contacted Top Rider - I wish I'd just contacted Stay Upright Rider Training first and saved myself $100's of dollars and a heap of time !!
It's easy to see why they're the best Rider Training company in Australia!! The other businesses aren't even close, I learnt virtually nothing with Top Rider. Just my personal experience and I believe people should know what the options are.....
