NDIS Support Coordination, Psychosocial Recovery Coach and Disability Support workers in Bundaberg for NDIS participants. We are passionate about providing a holistic health service to care for your everyday needs and create an individual support plan with you to ensure the disability support is delivered to your preferences. Working together we’ll aim to find your optimal wellness through developing a deeper understanding of your goals, barriers and strengths. This refines the goals on your NDIS plan further into a workable plan to help with your disability needs. Then we work on strategies to make it happen. One step at a time. We aim to create a life balance that prioritises your well-being and celebrates all aspects of your ideal life. We are located in Bundaberg to deliver disability support services and are happy to provide online services for Support Coordination and Psychosocial Recovery Coaching within Queensland if face-to-face appointments aren’t required. Services are currently available to self or plan-managed NDIS participants.
