This is my third time renting at Storage First. It always feels like I am like coming home. It's exceptionally clean, safe and secure. And best of all, they go out of their way to ensure my stay is everything I expected it to be; they remember your name and you make lots of friends inside.

From the first contact with Lydia, the whole storing experience was excellent. Glen was also very helpful. Pricing was competitive and the use of the van for a whole morning was a bonus. Highly recommend this facility. Excellent customer service particularly from Lydia.

Simply the best, I have had storage all over Queensland and this place is by far the best hands down, the team at Storagefirst are so friendly, professional and helpful I wouldn't store anywhere else and would certainly recommend to others they are always happy to help and are so knowledgeable and obliging.

What a team of professionals! Both attentive and friendly. Nothing is too much trouble for any of them. We stored our family possessions and vehicle with the team for 12 months. During this period they ensured our vehicle battery was continuously run so that when we returned our vehicle remained reliable. I would highly recommend them to anyone wishing to store their belongings. It was such a pleasure to receive such excellent service! Thank you all.

I've moved a lot over the years, downsized twice and even left town for a year, and throughout have kept a storage locker at Storagefirst. I cannot fault the facility, its security and cleanliness, but all that is dwarfed by the level of customer service. To say my experience with Storagefirst is positive is an understatement.
