The drivers were great I’ve been on the Sunshine Coast for 4 days and used this company Unfortunately they have the monopoly there as the cabs were never never on time Once ordered I’ve waited on every occasion from 30 minutes to 45 minutes and then when once they arrived just a little late and didn’t find us, didn’t even drive around and look for us so got back on to the company so had then had to wait nearly an hour but just arrived at the train station in time

Waiting for taxi ordered at 10.00 am still waiting 1145 am running true to form

I have an idea , that may help I wondered if everyone was given a cab card so they could top up the credit on it , just like the go card, it would be easier for the cab drivers and for the community as all you’d have to do is to top the card up and your journey would be prepaid and no worries about cash or bank cards. Hope this idea will help

Waiting Two hours or longer for a taxi especially in a city this size is ridiculous, I have had this happen to me on many occasions. Please get more drivers and taxis out there. People Rely Heavily on Taxis to get to Appointments - bring Them and Groceries Home, they can’t be left stranded like this, Especially your Regular Clients, and the Elderly, I know it is not the drivers fault. But Why couldn’t you get a Maxi Taxi or Two to Pick all the Kids up from their Schools, put All in One Maxi Taxi to Free Up some Other Taxis for Other Folk it is So Difficult for us Elderly Folk. There is So Many People Extremely Angry that this is Happening All the Time , it’s so Unfair to have People waiting that Long and with their Melting Groceries and Medicines that are to be kept under Refrigeration, I know your all trying hard. But people are Walking off in Anger, Walking Home or getting other transport off Strangers or Friends the public are not happy.
