Absolutely fantastic experience. I had my inquiry via the website responded to within an hour. Craig visited me and was very honest and knowledgeable talking me into a smaller (and less) expensive system than I thought I needed. Recommended products that I found had excellent reviews. The installers were brilliant. Consulted me as to where I wanted everything and did a job that I can't fault. The person at the front desk was courteous and professional, took my payment in person and even mailed a receipt. All in all, a wonderful experience. I highly recommend Sunjuice Solar.

I have had my solar for nearly five years l am on my second converter have had nothing but trouble this is the fourth time l have had to contact them because its stopped l contacted them on the eleventh of july it took six days get someone to come out took photos after not hearing from them l rang them back they told me everything was under warranty they were waiting on parts to be sent from Gold Coast as soon as they get them they will out to fix my solar well its 26th of July today still no solar rang Hervey Bay office this morning spoke to a very rude person who informed me they are still waiting on parts l am feed up with this solar company wished I never went with them got solar to help with my electric bill have had nothing but trouble every time it brakes down l no lam going to have a fight on my hands to get it up and running l find the service woman at Harvey bay very hard to complain to she can be very rude and has hung up on me when lam complaining

Lee, You had your solar system installed 5 years and 9 months ago. You had 2 service calls logged since then. Your first inverter was replaced under warranty in August 2019, 2 weeks after it broke. The second service call was on 11th of July 2022. We advised that it was now OUT of its warranty period but we would try and convince the manufacturer to replace it under warranty as the last 2 inverters had only lasted 3 years roughly each. The manufacturer requested we send them photos so they could review our request 6 days after your initial call, on the 19th July. We were awaiting their decision when on the 26th of July you called the office demanding to know why this had not been resolved yet and when we reminded you of what we were doing you became abusive and hung up on us. I re-explained this to you on Monday 8th but you were very emotional and asked if you could just buy another inverter and not wait. You refused to pay and then advised you wanted nothing more to do with us.

Recently we had a home built, and friends recommended we contact your company, originally dealt with Michael the then salesperson. After system installed had problems with a red warning light coming on, as well as the wi-fi monitoring system failure. Attempts to resolve issues with office staff, as well as new sales person, has ended in failure. Due to non resolution of my issues I withheld part payment but have since paid but no resolution from this company but have instead have been threatened with asubstantial monetary fee although my system remains unresolved.

Your shed where we installed the solar system onto was too far from your house internet router and so the wifi of the inverter installed in the shed could not connect to it. You believed that this was our fault and that the solution was that we should install a wifi extender so it could and refused to pay until we did. We disagreed.
