We were blown away by Richard's expert and timely action when we called him to remove a red belly black snake from our garden. He responded to our call in less than 15 minutes, he was calm and clearly proficient. He explained clearly and calmly what he was going to do and what he required us to do. Not only did he remove a clear danger to us and our pet dog, but he made sure there were no other members of this animal's family lurking around. We were left feeling very comfortable that we were safe. Richard also made sure that we could identify other snakes that might appear in our yard and that we knew what to do in case of snake bite. A job completed very professionally, thanks Richard.
