Disgusting . No customer service whatsoever. Found every excuse in the book . Been there twice and had the same results. THEIR NOT INTERESTED was my experience. Both times. I won’t be going back there again unless it’s covered by warranty as the car is less than 4 years old.

Booked in for serice and repair to dribbling LH windscreen washer (RH was perfect). They had no parts to repair washer but charged $70 to inspect and diagnose. Following week put in for diagnosed repair. After job it was worse but charged $113 and replaced the wrong part. So much for the diagnosis. Then advised it will cost another $100 plus to install the correct part. Ridiculous - as I even told them exactly what the problem was in the first place. Asked to speak with manager about paying 3 times for simple repair - too busy to talk with a guest but will phone. Two weeks later still waiting.

15/2/22 Went there to replace my key battery. Stood at the reception desk for 15 min. The Staff at the reception who was on the phone saw me waiting , but decided to walk away without even enquiring the reason for my visit. . There were other staff walking to and fro but no one asked me , why I am there for. I told one of the Staff about being ignored, but he went on saying that the reception remains unattended and its not their fault For a business the customer should the king and everything else comes after that. The staff attitude towards customers matters. Worst experience I ever had at a dealership.
