You cannot rely on their promises or representations. I made an appointment weeks ago to obtain my pink slip to renew my registration. Only because I needed the pink slip did I agree to have my car serviced today as well. I agreed to a 100,000 km service even though my car had only gone 15,000 km because it was 4 years old. I trusted them when they said I needed to choose that more expensive servicing. They knew I NEEDED the pink slip today. Despite that, they waited until they had done all the servicing to tell me that they couldn't do the pink slip testing (they knew when I arrived that the guy who does it was away but chose not to tell me until after they were eligible for a $429 bill). Had they told me at the outset, I would have left. They contacted another service centre nearby to do the pink slip test tomorrow. I'm "squeezed in" at that location. They gave me no name, no phone number and no address of this back up service centre. Find another servicer.

Having issues, I've purchased a second hand Vehicle only 4 months ago for roughly , and have since had problem's with the vehicle leaking, into the vehicle and lights, the air conditioning makes a horrible noise and can't be used, upon contacting surf Toyota and having book a service to to check the issues, I've have been quoted nearly $3500 in repairs, and still waiting for another repair quote which is damage to the body that is causing further leaking. All apparently not under warranty for the recently purchased vehicle with a 3 yr extended warranty! The water leak into the vehicles electricals that by a quote given was obviously a fault with the vehicle before purchase has caused a malfunction to the indicators making the vehicle unsafe for Rd use and Toyota has quoted $400 in repairs!

After letting go of a couple of amazing people in their car service department things have fallen to pieces. Will be changing car brands and service departments. Long waits. Rude customer service. Can not believe it. Been taking my car there for 20 odd years. Very sad

Justin Ballerini Sales person. Very highly recommended, l was going to go else where, having come down from the Gold Coast, where Gran Toyota was not interested. I thought it was going to be a waste of a trip, lucky for me the first sales person left me to Justin. We ordered our new GXL Prado. Again thank you for your mature, patience, understanding with the ability to respect who ever walks through the doors. Thank you Justin your worth more money, l have been in the service industry my own business for 40 years.

Initially I felt secure knowing that my Rav4 would be in good hands and chose a Toyota dealer because I thought they would respect my car and their customers. I needed the front door fixed and some keys cut. I left the car for 8 hours. When I returned to pick up the car after working an 8.5 hr shift, I was kept standing there for 30 minutes while a salesperson carried out a conversation in front of me with no regard or acknowledgement of my presence. The door wasn't fixed properly. They couldn't replace my keys and made derogatory marks about the car being so old. I was hoping to have the door fixed and the keys renewed in order to upgrade my beloved and hard earned Toyota for a newer model, which I was hoping to purchase here. They attempted to charge the full price for a substandard job and it was only after some sincere pleading and feeling humiliated that they gave me a discount on the outcome, but I still feel like I was charged too much. They missed their chance on a new sale.

I have driven toyota brand cars for 35 years but that is about to change, Surf toyota are the most incompetent business organization i have ever dealt with. They do not know how to treat customers and if i treated my clients like they have treated us i would not have a business.

Terrible after purchase service. Purchased a second hand car from these cowboys and was assured it would be given a thorough service and check before I took it. Few weeks after purchase found that the bonnet struts were rusted out, obviously old damage, and dealer wont even reply to emails requesting coming to some sort of way to sort this situation. Purchased from a "reputable" dealer hoping to avoid surprises like this - turns out they are worse than the wholesalers! And to be perfectly honest, more pissed that they dont even have the decency to reply to my emails or calls - even if it was to be a neagative reply it would be nice if they had the balls to discuss it. Avoid at all costs.
