Very poor management/customer relations. Paid for a new filtration system that has not functioned since day one. Asked for some after sales support and received only a dismissive phone call. A most disappointing experience.

Dealt with many retail organizations over the years but none with a manager/owner that lacks the basic fundamental customer relations skills as this individual. After spending a significant amount of money with this business, my filtration system has still not worked since day one and the owner simply hangs up on you when he is challenged out his shortcomings and lack of professionalism. If you are looking for pool equipment and service, recommend you give this retailer a wide birth.
