During a recent call to Swimart Enoggera, I encountered extremely poor customer service from Kevin. Kevin was exceptionally rude, responding to my queries with a dismissive and aggressive tone. The purpose of my call was to inform Swimart Enoggera that my invoice had been sent to the incorrect email address. I wanted to resolve this issue promptly to ensure that payment to Swimart could be received without any further complications and delay. However, when the conversation escalated, Kevin decided to abruptly hang up on me… stating,” he thought the conversation was over”. I expected a lot more professionalism and respectful communication from someone who is the proud owner and operator of Swimart, Enoggera. Overall, this experience has been highly disappointing and has negatively impacted my perception of Swimart Enoggera. I hope that steps will be taken to improve the quality of customer interactions and to handle basic issues with the necessary professionalism and respect.
