I have dealt with Noel and his team for 8 years. Never had a problem and accept their recommendations every time as I don't know pools. I understand the problem with some people is they want advice and go elsewhere like "Bunnings" to buy cheaper inferior products. People have to run a business and make money to keep money local. Don't ask for advice from a long time local business and go elsewhere to buy your product. You expect this service for free. Support local over saving a few dollars on products from a national overseas owned business. Shame on you

Well here I am again, trying to get the algae stuff out of my pool. I wasn't sure what I should be getting since I'm still a pool novice but the staff at Swimart did an amazing job at helping me and getting me everything I needed. Thank you so much guys for all your hard work and answering all the questions I had!!

We were customers for 1 year, we had purchased a creepy crawly, several bags of salt, numerous other items, for the last 3 months we began having problems with the pool starting to go green, so I took pool samples for testing and advice, each week the owner kept saying "add more chlorine 250mls", well after me still going in each week with a sample as the problem was not solving, we even stopped swimming in the pool, the owner's words to me were, "you keep bringing a sample but you never buy anything off me," my response was yes we have, but the pool is still going green, again he said "this service is for people who buy things off me", I was so shocked that I just walked out and went to another business and within 15 mins of excellent service found out that I needed a new Chlorinator at the cost of $460 which I purchased immediately plus some other items. My pool is now beautiful thanks to another business. If you want truly good service don't go to Swimart they don't care about the customer only money, which they would get if had given me professional service. This was one of the worst professional services I have ever had in all of my dealings. So very very very disappointed I ever went to Swimmart Pools Kirwan.
