I've never encountered a worse business. Synergy Dry Cleaning broke my favorite jacket, refused to take responsibility, gave me an incorrect replacement part, and denied a refund for the service or the correct replacement.
They’ll claim I refused to let them fix it, but I paused service to view the damage first. Once there, no apologies or responsibility—just an incorrect zipperhead as a replacement. When I pointed this out, they told me "take it or leave it." They wouldn’t order the correct hardware or repair it properly.
They’ll argue it was "wear and tear," but the metal zipper was fine before the cleaning. Wear and tear doesn’t snap a metal zipperhead. Even if old, my jacket deserved care. Instead, they broke it, failed to fix it, and acted rude and dismissive.
A simple apology and refund could’ve earned my loyalty. Instead, I’ll be telling everyone in the Illawarra to avoid Synergy Dry Cleaning.
