Tableland Freestyle Tae Kwon-Do hold classes at Merriland Hall Atherton Show Grounds on Tuesday and Thursday evenings. 4:00pm - 5:30pm - All belts, Age 9yrs + 5.30 TILL 7pm - All belts, Age 14 + 7.00 - 7.30pm BLACK BELT ONLY Monday Afternoons at Malanda High School Hall 4.00pm - 5:30pm - 14 yrs + All Belts Beginners welcome in both classes Children aged from 9 years onwards are welcome to attend. Affordable rates with discount to families. $150.00 to Enrol includes uniform + 8 lessons. Thereafter $60 per month or $150.00 per term. Tableland Freestyle TaeKwon-Do is a registered member of Martial Arts Australia

Thanks to Sabom Annette with examiners Alan Cook, Iain Fogg and Frans Schep for their help and guidance in the long journey to 1st Dan black belt. Believe me if I can do it anyone can - its never to late for anyone to start. I particularly love the way all the kids are treated with respect and always encouraged to do their best and be their best. Jason

My husband and I have trained with Annette for many years and thoroughly support her passion for this sport. She believes wholeheartedly in what she does and that shows through in her teaching. As a woman, I believe that it is so important to arm yourself with as much knowledge to be able to defend yourself, especially these days. I give this club 5 stars and would highly reccomend you come along and try it out. You won't be disappointed.

Is Tableland Freestyle Taekwon-do affiliated with any other school?

No, we are a stand alone school and teach all tradional methods of taekwon-do including various forms of self defence, stick & knife defence. We do not compete in Tournaments, we are Taekwon-do Martial Art.
