Frequently Asked Questions
Who qualifies for bulk billing at our practice?
Bulk billing will be available to specific groups, including children under 16, concession card holders, pension card holders, and Defence Veteran card holders.
Why are you making billing changes?
The transition to Mixed billing is necessary due to the increasing costs associated with running our clinic. Medicare reimbursements do not adequately cover these expenses, making this change essential to maintain the quality of care we provide.
