Ordered 2x HOT chickens for Xmas to be picked up Xmas eve. Specifically asked if they would be cooked that day and was told, yes. Was charged a surcharge for using a debit card which is banned according to the ACCC (so I’ll be reporting).. went today to pick them up and was told it’s $2 extra for hot chooks and I would otherwise be given 2x cold chooks, that were also cooked yesterday instead of today like the hot chickens.. when I asked why hot chooks were more expensive I was told cold chickens don’t have GST added.. that makes absolutely no sense to me and seems like a load of rubbish!! Just an extra way to make more money!! I also wasn’t told this when I ordered them! All in all the service was rubbish and the lady I had serve me both times was absolutely frustrating to deal with...

Bad food Sloppy and cooked with old oil

Awesome food and staff. Their home made chips are simply fantastic as are their salt and vinegar tenders.
