The older lady with short blonde hair was so unhelpful. Completely came from a place of 'no' to everything I asked or suggested. Couldnt have been more unhelpful while I came in to ask about the price of a display home. Wouldn't let me look at it, wouldn't come down the car park so I could point it out. Gave a paper list of houses that weren't on the website anyways. Why would I bother checking, let alone building with someone like that anyway.
