I called about some timber that needed cutting & other work done on it, like rounded corners & all edges routed, the response was very quick (same day) which is unheard of these days, normally it goes like we will get back too you which never happens. I was very Impressed with the service. Thanks Guys.

Have purchased a lot of tools and small goods from Taylors. Have had some problems but today took back a bandsaw blade that broke at the join. Purchased it two weeks ago. The response from the big boy was what am I meant to do about it. He rang big boss who said not our problem. Rang Peacock who made the blade and they were surprised. Also for staff that have been there a long time, their knowledge and service is not good.
