Our technician has over 10 years of experience in mobile phone and tablet repairs specialising in all makes and models, no matter the issue just ask and we will get it sorted for you. We know your devices are important to you and accidents can happen at any time that's why we offer our proprietary 'Text a Tech' service that allows you to scan a QR code or use our contact number to get in touch with us when ever you want and get a quote, not only are we easy to get a hold of if you can't make it in to our store we can come to you! Forget shopping centre mobile shops. Mitchell beats them hands down on service, value and professionalism. He’ s a breath of fresh air. He genuinely cares about his customers, goes above and beyond to ensure customers are happy with his service. You get quality parts at very competitive prices. Mitchell changed my LCD screen and battery, he complimentary provided a free protective glass cover and set up my new Sim card, including keeping my number! I’ve not received this level of service in a long time. Highly recommended and happy to have found this small biz owner.

I rang Mitch after trying, in vain, to reach other repairers who had been recommended by friends. We arranged that I call in next day and he would endeavor to help me out. I needed data transferred from old to new phone. One person had already failed. Left my phones with him, told him what I needed and went off and did 'other stuff'. When I returned, the job was completed with all my requirements met. I was very impressed with Mitch's work ethic and standards. I'm very fussy and get very pi**ed off with people who half do a job, Mitch gets full marks from me and I will recommend him with no hesitation.

Top Aussie bloke. Above and beyond. Can't thank him enough. Cheap Samsung s10 screen repair done and new battery with quick turn around and let me watch his repair and was a true gentleman. Gave directions to a bloke as I walked in. Top service with a smile
