Frequently Asked Questions

What is the difference between a termite inspection and termite treatment?

Both an inspection and treatment are done in order to rid homes of termites. During an inspection, trained specialists look for visible signs of infestation, such as mud tunnels or damage to wood beams. Once it has been determined that termites exist in the home, the treatment phase begins.

What is a termite bait system?

A termite bait system is a way of controlling active infestations in a home without the use of chemicals. This treatment consists of small wooden stakes placed around the perimeter of your property or inside wall cavities. The termites eat through these stakes, which contain an insecticide, effectively killing them.
