Thai Tulips Restaurant

We have dined at Thai Tulips for many years and have to say that the service is exceptional and love the food. The Tom Yum soup is to die for and made from scratch. My partner loves the Massaman Curry. Also the Thai red curry is amazing as well. So if you are looking authentic Thai cuisine then this is the place to dine. Highly recommend.

Food was absolutely delicious and the staff and service were amazing. Throughly enjoyed our dining experience and will definitely be back.

If I could give a zero star I would. We dined as a family of 4 over Christmas and the service was the worst we’ve ever experienced. Our son was roused on for picking up his spoon and fork before the meals arrived. Half of our meals never arrived as the owner never wrote any orders down. When I questioned where the missing meals were she claimed we never order them. My children were hungry as their meal never arrived I asked for a steamed rice and I was yelled out ‘wait a minute’. The food that did arrive was awful. Terrible experience!

Was very disappointing.. Service was shocking . The waitress rolled her eyes at us and was very condescending .. We were made to feel very uncomfortable more than once by the waitress .. We decided to leave after being criticised for not understanding the order process (no one had Facebook ) When we advised we were going to leave and not stay , the waitress who was so rude then decided to charge us $10 for the booking and table .. We were not local and were catching up with friends who were and they were so embarrassed.. I have never left a review before .. But this was by far the worst experience I’ve ever had at any restaurant..

Went there last night to be greeted by the most arrogant and unfriendly waitress that we have ever encountered It was cold so we requested to move to another table. She absolutely refused even though the restaurant was empty. We got up to leave, she then stood in front of us and demanded $5 to clean the table. We were happy to give it to her just to get out of this awful place. Don't go is my recommendation.

We love the beautiful food from Thai Tulips. Definitely our go to for our treat. Wonderful service. Always considerate and respectful especially through hard times experienced by all.

Our go to restaurant for every family occasion. The food is incredible and we are always so well looked after.

Worst experience ever, unfriendly,rude, insulting behavior of the staffs.The staff has Ruined the excellent reputation of Thai people by their unprofessional behavior.

Good food, but terribly inconvenient and old fashioned insisting on one bill per table. The larger the group, the more of a hassle working out who owes what. Won’t be returning with a group any time soon.

Shocking customer service. My two kids and husband were greeted by unfriendly service. The Woman waitress came to the counter and asked if we had booked. We hadn’t and she seemed annoyed at that. There was only two families in the restaurant. She refused to seat us until she did the drinks order for one family. We walked straight back out as it seemed to hard for her. The menu looked limited, glad we did not stay.

The best Thai in Australia in my opinion. If in Bundy always eat there and today, driving through grabbed takeaway to have back on Bribie. Love their food!!! Amazing!!

Just had another great meal. Excellent food in this family run restaurant. Parents plus 2 kids, young adults now, and all friendly, polite and obliging. Keep up their standards despite the stress caused by covid. Could not go past it.

Was just trying to read menu at counter leaning on it as have bad lighting over counter and waitress comes out and snaps at me with the rudest expression on her face telling me to GET OFF THE COUNTER. I am very tolerant to abuse but she was very nasty. For that I would never go there whilst she is there.
