The Beach Furniture - Bundall

I had reason to get someone to come and look at a fault in my tv unit and I was extremely happy with the results. I would highly recommend The Beach😊

Nice furniture don’t get me wrong, went in to the Bundall store to purchase a side board, sold Out not available on the next container shipment and have no idea when the next one will be in maybe 6 months, seriously your should not display furniture which you can’t supply

The staff were rude and not interested when I asked for help with furnishing dining, kitchen and living areas for our Hamptons renovation. I was told that if I wanted help I needed to have my partner with me or take photos and see what he likes before they would help. I left in tears, feeling totally humiliated. Maybe if I had a full face of makeup on it might have helped instead of my usual none! Their loss and Village next door gain where I go wonderful service and spent $6,000 on dining table and chairs. Such a shame as there were some pieces that took my fancy in Beach but will not go back there.

Great store. Fantastic selection. Excellent customer service from the very knowledgeable lady who served us to the delivery guys.
