Welcome to the Blind Baker! Our bakery, in the heart of New Lambton Village, features on-site bakers who produce delicious items daily. We specialise in freshly made gluten-free products as well as artisan sourdough and tasty handmade goods. We bought the bakery in 2018, recognising that it was a unique and growing business with a loyal customer base who demand exceptional quality. We soon grew into a tight-knit, passionate staff who believe in treating our customers like family. Our talented bakers pour their heart into everything we sell. We are one of the few bakeries in Newcastle that bake all our gluten-free items fresh on the premises. The ‘mother dough’ we use at the beginning of the baking process has been growing for years, producing an exceptional bread.
